The Deil family business, now in its third generation, was founded in 1954 by Ismail Deil. Thanks to his knowledge and integrity in business, he quickly entered the diamond trade industry.

In 1960, Ismail was joined by his son, engineer Yusef Deil, who became a member of the Italian Diamond Exchange in 1972. Thanks to his passion and dedication, he received several honors over the years, including becoming a Distinguished Member of the Diamond Exchange in 1982, an Honorary Member in 2006, and receiving the Gold Medal for Commerce and Production from the Milan Chamber of Commerce in 2008.
In 1985, he was joined by his son Isac Deil, and together they founded Deil Joseph Srl. For over thirty years, the company has supplied the finest jewelry boutiques in Italy and abroad, maintaining in every collection a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, and combining exclusive design with the craftsmanship of the best Italian goldsmiths.
Isac, a gemologist since 1988 certified by the International Gemological Institute of Antwerp and a member of the Italian Diamond Exchange since 1995, travels to the world’s major diamond exchanges in search of precious gems that reflect the highest standards of excellence and his father’s values of quality and refinement. The company is present in key international markets—including New York, Antwerp, Bangkok, London, and Paris—working directly with top sightholders to carefully select the finest diamonds and gemstones for the high jewelry market and beyond.
In 2024, Isac Deil founded the new brand Deil Isac & Co., looking toward the future with the gradual involvement of the fourth generation of the Deil family. This includes his son Josef Daniel Deil, already a member of the Italian Diamond Exchange and founder of the brands JDD Diamonds and JDD Private Collection, and his son Jonathan Deil, creator and designer of the YOUNG by Jonathan line.
All Deil Isac & Co. diamonds come with international certificates issued by the world’s leading gemological institutes (GIA, IGI, HRD), guaranteeing their exceptional quality and conflict-free origin. The primary goal is to source and purchase diamonds and gemstones directly from their place of origin, selecting them for their outstanding qualities based on the Deil family’s decades of experience in the world of fine jewelry.
